Step 1

Preparing the Bolognese: 1. Put an iron skillet on medium heat. Add the extra virgin olive oil to it. Now add the beef to the skillet and cook it until beef turns a nice golden-brown color. Transfer the fried beef to a plate.

2. In the same skillet add the diced celery, minced garlic, and onion let it sauté over low to medium heat.

3. Add the beef back to the skillet. Next, add the dried oregano and tomato puree to it. Stir everything together.

4. Add the beef broth and tomatoes. Give everything another mix. Bring the contents of the skillet to a simmer and let them simmer for about 18 to 22 minutes. A good sign that it's done is when the mixture starts to thicken. Add the salt and black pepper.

Preparing zoodles: 1. Turn the zucchini into zoodles by using a spiral slicer.

2. Spread these zoodles on a baking sheet in a baking tray and pop them into an oven preheated to 250 Fahrenheit.

3. Bake the zoodles for about 20 minutes and serve them immediately.

Serving the keto zoodles Bolognese Place the baked zoodles on a serving plate and pour the Bolognese over them. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the Bolognese and garnish with some basil leaves.
