Keto Spaghetti

We are going to share with you an extremely easy and delicious Keto Spaghetti Bolognese. The stars of the dish are ground beef and noodles made of zucchini.

This is an extremely healthy and flavorful alternative to our standard spaghetti Bolognese where the white pasta used in the standard spaghetti Bolognese has around 246 calories while the same amount of zoodles (the Zucchini Spaghetti!) only have around 22 calories.

While on a Keto diet it’s best if we take full advantage of all the food types that are allowed to be consumed. This is the only way to ensure we don’t starve ourselves of the minerals and vitamins that are essential to maintain a healthy body.

This recipe, in particular, makes sure you benefit from all the dietary goodness of beef that contains more iron than fish or chicken, and hence a moderate amount of beef in your diet is recommended by nutritionists. Lean, fresh beef is enriched with minerals and vitamins, like zinc and vitamin B.

Beef is mostly protein and a little amount of fat usually 5-10%. Beef is a high-quality animal protein and contains all the essential amino acids that help in greater fat burn and faster muscle recovery and lessening mental exhaustion.

Did you know zucchini can grow up to 3.2 feet, that’s 1 meter in length? It contains ample amounts of vitamin A and it also consists of vitamin B, calcium, zinc, and iron. Zucchinis are good for your skin, eyes, and heart.
