You may have to alter the totality of your lifestyle but that is just one part of the process. To be specific, you will have to pay close attention to the things you eat. And when you do choose what to eat, you have to prepare and eat it the keto way – even if it is pizza.

But the good news is that there is almost no kind of meal you cannot prepare the keto way. Trust us on that. For all you lovers of pizza, don’t panic. As you shall soon read, there is more than one way to literally customize your pizza to desired taste while still keeping in tune with the principles of the game. By the end of this article, you will realize that once you decide on a given crispy Keto pizza crust and a base for your pizza (tomato sauce/ketchup is a good one) you can pretty much experiment with everything else. Ingredients

Step 1

Heat the oven to 250C (Approximately 482F). Then place a large baking tray or pizza stone in the oven’s middle rack.

Step 2

Put cream cheese and mozzarella in a microwave using a safe bowl. Now microwave this for about 20 seconds at high temperature.

Step 3

Stir and mix with a plastic spatula. It should start sticking together but if it doesn’t, microwave again for another 10 seconds.

Step 4

Now sprinkle some almond flour on the dough and mix it properly with your hands. Keep at it to ensure the almond flour is uniformly distributed. Then proceed to knead till you get a desired dough.

Step 5

Get baking papers (two sheets) and roll the dough into any shape you want. Usually, it should be at least 3 millimeter thick for best results.

Step 6

With the baking paper, place the dough inside the hot oven and cook for about 3 minutes. Stop when the edges turn brown and appear puffy.

Step 7

Now remove from the oven and place on the other baking paper.

Step 8

This is where you mix the other ingredients that will serve as the topping. Carefully mix the ketchup with pepper, salt, oregano and garlic. Spread these on the pizza while you evenly drop the other ingredients (for the topping) on the pizza.

Step 9

Now put back in the oven. Allow some 5 to 8 minutes to pass before bringing it out. There you have your Prosciutto and Camembert Pizza!
