Dairy Free Keto Crepes

Who doesn’t love Crepes!? 

BUT, how about some dairy free keto Crepes to keep you going while in Ketosis.

These are easy to make, low carb and guaranteed to satisfy. At around 700 Calories per serve, they’ll fill you and and get your day started at breakfast time, or fit perfectly as an after dinner dessert and a great snack in between!

We’ve also whipped up (pun intended) a nice little non dairy cream to go with them. Directions and ingredients below:

  • 1.5 cups of canned coconut milk
  • Half a cup of stevia (powdered) or other sweetener.
  • 3 strawberries cut into quarters
  1. Using a sutra bullet, blender whisk or fork, mix the sweetener and coconut milk together until you have a creamy consistency.

THAT’S IT! Then, pop a dollop on top or fill the Crepes with it when you’ve made them. YUM!

Step 1

Add Almond flour (or meal), salt, eggs and coconut flour together in a Nutra bullet/blender and mix until smooth.

Step 2

Add cocnut milk and blend again until you have a smooth consistency.

Step 3

Set a hot plate to medium heat, and add 2 tablespoons and spread across the pan until it is the thickness of a regular crepe. If you like your crepes thinner, spread further. For thicker, spread less.

Step 4

When the crepe has set, flip to the other side and continue cooking for 30 seconds – 1 minute, then serve your dairy free Keto Crepes with the non dairy cream (directions above).
