Keto Breakfast Sandwich
Think of your favourite biscuit-y texture, made in a mug, cut in half and filled with bacon-y, cheesy goodness and you’ve got yourself a Keto Breakfast Sandwich!
Kind of like how McDonald’s in America do their biscuits, we just take out all the carbs and replace it with Keto Diet friendly alternatives.
As for a filling, see below for our recommendation to go along with this amazingly easy Breakfast Recipe.
Grab 4 slices of Bacon, 2 whole Eggs and 2 slices of Cheddar Cheese (or whatever your favourite cheese. Throw the Bacon and eggs into a frying pan over a medium heat until cooked. You can do these separately if you prefer, but we like this one a bit messy.
Once you’ve done cooking (5 minutes in the pan should do, maybe a little longer if you like your Egg yolks a bit firmer), Cut your Keto Bread in half and add the fillings between the top and bottom slices.
Now, eat and enjoy!
