Omelettes are so easy and quick to make and the ingredient options you have are just limitless; you can practically put any vegetable or herb in it: spinach, mushrooms, onions, cilantro, broccoli, anything at all and it is sure to make the Keto Omelette tastes richer and yummier.

You could also top your omelets with any cheese of your choice and add to your daily requirements of protein and fats. Hence coupling a vibrant omelet with your bulletproof coffee or keto chai will ensure that you never have a dull moment when it comes to keto breakfasts.

When on a keto diet you might think how many eggs can you put in your omelet or have in a day? An egg is a rich source of protein, fat, and cholesterol. there are two sorts of cholesterol: HDL and LDL.

Directions

Step 1

Crack your Eggs into a mixing bowl and use a whisk, fork or nutribullet (if you want to save even more time!) until frothy.

Step 2

Heat a frying pan to medium on a hot plate. Add the butter and once melted, add the mushrooms and onion. Cook until slightly brown.

Step 3

Pour in the Eggs and cover the contents of the pan. When the mixture starts to set firm, add some cheese over the top.

Step 4

Using a spatula or similar tool, fold the Omelette and allow it to cook for 2 minutes max each side. Serve!
