Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350˚F (180˚C)

Step 2

Zap butter and peanut butter together in a microwave safe bowl for about 30 seconds, or until they soften for mixing. Set aside for a moment.

Step 3

In another bowl, combine your baking powder, salt and almond flour before adding to the peanut butter/melted butter mixture.

Step 4

Mix in the chocolate chips. If you couldn't get chocolate chips, break up your dark chocolate bar and use this instead.

Step 5

Using your hands, roll the dough mixture into 8 balls and place on baking paper or a non stick baking pan. Press down to give some cookie like shape to them.

Step 6

Bake for approx 15 minutes before taking out of the oven and leaving to cool for 5-10 minutes. Dig in!
