Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies:

Cookies should be an anytime food, not a sometimes food; so we’ve come up with a Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe that will make your jaw drop.

We substitute flour for Almond flour, sugar for sweetener, and regular choc chips for low carb (or even broken dark chocolate – MUST be 70%+ cocoa) to get these on your pate whenever you feel like it (within reason of course!).

Obviously, you don’t want to overdo these, but the serving suggestions we’ve got below should keep you well within your limits to stay in Keto while being fully satisfied. If this is your first time here, a quick refresher for the Keto Diet – Keto your carbohydrates low, proteins moderate and your fats high.

We’ve got a full article on the health benefits and how to get into Keto which you can find linked above in our menu, along with a stack of Keto Recipes ranging from Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Desserts and Snacks.

A breakdown of this recipe shows that while this is a Keto Diet recipe, these Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies are relatively low in fat content, so we do recommend as an after dinner snack or a quick cravings suppressor between meals.
