Keto PIzza + Topping #2

Following on from our 1st Keto Pizza, (recipe for the base can be found below) we’ve also got a SECOND topping for you to work with! 

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 250C (Approximately 482F). Then place a large baking tray or pizza stone in the oven’s middle rack.
  2. Put cream cheese and mozzarella in a microwave using a safe bowl. Now microwave this for about 20 seconds at high temperature.
  3. Stir and mix with a plastic spatula. It should start sticking together but if it doesn’t, microwave again for another 10 seconds.
  4. Now sprinkle some almond flour on the dough and mix it properly with your hands. Keep at it to ensure the almond flour is uniformly distributed. Then proceed to knead till you get a desired dough.
  5. Get baking papers (two sheets) and roll the dough into any shape you want. Usually, it should be at least 3 millimeter thick for best results.
  6. With the baking paper, place the dough inside the hot oven and cook for about 3 minutes. Stop when the edges turn brown and appear puffy.
  7. Now remove from the oven and place on the other baking paper.
  8. This is where you mix the other ingredients that will serve as the topping.

Now we have our keto Pizza base.

Step 1

First, prepare the pizza base just like in the previous recipe above. (Link above)

Step 2

After cooking the pizza base (in the oven) for about 3 minutes, bring it out. Then mix oregano, garlic, paprika and tomato sauce. Spread this on the base of the pizza till it almost reaches its edges.

Step 3

Evenly arrange the sliced onions on top of the pizza base. Then add the salami, olives and chili. Now spray the rest of the Mozzarella on top of all of these.

Step 4

Put back in the oven and allow some 6 to 8 minutes to pass. By then the cheese would have been molten and the edges of the pizza base would be pretty hard and crispy. You can now add your fresh rocket on top of it and get ready to eat!
