Letting go of a habit is extremely tough, especially the ones that had a great impact on our childhood. We are here to tell you that you don’t need to give up hope yet. We will teach you how to make your very own, healthy Keto-friendly, Low Carb Granola Cereal.

One mouthful of your homemade granola will be healthy, crunchy, fulfilling, flavorful, full of micronutrients, fiber, and fats.

Can I get a ready-made, off the shelf Keto Granola cereal?

Nope! Most granola cereals available in the supermarket are made up of sweeteners that are not keto-friendly and have high carb ingredients like oats.

But, fear not dear readers, these ingredients are not necessary to make a delicious Keto granola cereal. All you need for keto granola is low carb nuts, keto-friendly sweeteners, and seeds.

Save it for later!

Store it in an airtight container and you can use it up to 2 weeks. After 2 weeks have passed it will start to lose its crunchiness.

If you are allergic to nuts you can opt for seeds, wherein you can use pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, coconut shreds or flakes.

Some flavor variations for this your granola can be as follows:

  • Gingerbread Granola: Add half teaspoon of minced ginger, a dash of powdered nutmeg and cinnamon, and a quarter teaspoon of pulverized cloves.
  • Chocolate-nut granola: Add quarter cup peanut butter or any other nut butter of your choice and some sugar-free chocolate chips. Make sure that the chocolate chips you use have a cocoa composition of 90 to 100%.
