The base is made up of a mix of Almond flour and cheese dough (delicious, right?!) and the rest is a pretty straightforward pizza topping!

Step 1

Set the oven to 400˚F (200˚C)

Step 2

Heat the Mozzarella and Cream Cheese in the microwave at 20 second intervals until they are soft enough to easily mix together. It is recommended to use a hand/electric mixer for this part, but a wooden spoon will also get the job done with a little elbow grease.

Step 3

Drip some Olive Oil on your hands until they are greased enough to flatten the dough on a layer of butchers paper/parchment paper.

Step 4

Prick the dough with a fork white heavily and bake for 10-15 minutes or until a golden brown shade appears.

Step 5

While the crust is baking, cut the sausage into topping sized pieces and sauté in a frying pan at a low-medium heat. Then take the crust out of the oven and set on the bench. Don't turn the oven off.

Step 6

Cover the base with the Tomato sauce, add the sausage and cover with your remaining cheese. Place back in the oven and bake for a further 10-15 minutes or until it is golden brown and crusty. Take out, sprinkle with your oregano herbs and let cool until ready to eat.
