Step 1

Boil the Eggs for 5-8 minutes depending on your preference of consistency. When done, let stand until they are cool enough to handle. Then cut them into eight pieces and set some aside for garnish as well. The best way to do This is to cut once longways, then turn 90˚ and cut once more longways, then cut once sideways.

Step 2

While the Pan is still hot, cook your bacon for 3-5 minutes according to how you like your bacon. If you prefer without bacon, skip this step!

Start mixing the red wine vinegar, yogurt, and mayonnaise in a small bowl. You have to mix it well and then add the pepper and salt for seasoning.
