They’re a breeze to shop for and they take next to no time to prepare. Before you know it you’re chowing down an amazing Keto Egg Muffin, guilt free!

Directions

Step 1

First, set your oven at 350˚F (175˚C). While this is heating up, grab a muffin pan/tin or if yo9u have silicone muffin moulds, use these.

Step 2

Add Chorizo and Bacon to the bottom of your muffin pan/tin/moulds.

Step 3

Mix your eggs together. We use a Nutribullet, but a food processor or even hand mixer (and last resort, a humble fork) will do. Add the cheese and stir in. It's also fine to pulse a few times in your Nutribullet or other mixing device.

Step 4

Pour the batter over the top of the chorizo and bacon, then bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the amount of batter per muffin and the size ion your tin. If it's not set to your liking when it comes out, give it a max 5 minutes more. Serve and enjoy!
